All to The Rescue

The work of evangelizing the world is not limited to the altar
It is a general task that all must be actively involved
You are saved to help save others
In this family of faith all hands must get busy

 

The parable of the talent is applicable to all
The master gave the gifts for multiplying
Each based on capacity, each as the master willed
Several play the ostrich, bury the talent
 
This attitude is still seen till date
Leave the work to those on the altar
If we go by that trend, less will be achieved
Sadly few impacts against the multitude in churches
 
Acting unperturbed is pleasing to satan
I thought your life is to please your Maker
You need to get up and dig out your buried talent
A bad worded paper is better than a newspaper never published
 
Some even play the critic, fellows of Sanballat and Tobias
Standing in opposition to those doing their bit
Critics of those working on their talents
Sadly this are supposed fellow believers
 
God grant me grace to shine my light to one or two
I will use what you give me to do my bit
May it be pleasing an acceptable to you my Lord
And grant me the grace to do much more
 
The call goes to you too
Come out and be counted
Repent and make needful adjustments
The Lords desire must be your life pursuit
